Ship-day favorites: the full VIP Road to Hana when your ship gives you the day, or the Half Day Road to Hana when the clock is tighter. Every tour is private, so the day flexes around what your loved ones want to see.

Do you pick up and drop off at the ship?

Yes! We make it easy. Our usual meeting point is by Jersey Mike's at 140 Ho'okele St in Kahului, minutes from the harbor, and your booking confirmation includes exact instructions on where to meet your guide.

What happens if the ship can't dock on the day of our tour?

Cruise schedules change sometimes, and we plan for it. If your ship can't dock on your scheduled day, we do our best to reschedule your tour for the following day; if the new time doesn't work for you, you receive a credit toward a future tour that never expires. If your ship can't dock in Maui at all, has to leave early, or anything else prevents you from disembarking, you receive a full refund. And our standard policy always applies: full refund for cancellations at least 48 hours before your tour.

Do you guarantee we'll get back to the ship on time?

Your timely return to your ship is our priority and our promise: we plan the whole day backward from your all-aboard time, with hours of margin built in, and we track the clock so you never have to.

Can you drop us off at a car rental after a half-day tour?

Absolutely. The most convenient rental lots are in Kahului, about 5 minutes from the ship, and we are happy to drop you there after your tour.

Will there be other guests on our tour?

All of our tours are private, even for a party of two. You and your loved ones explore Maui together, and we customize the day to your interests. If you'd like friends or family to join your group, just let us know and we'll make sure you're together when they book.

Do you accommodate guests with disabilities and special needs?

Absolutely. The beauty of Maui should be accessible to everyone, and we love making the day work for people of all abilities. Our vehicles can typically accommodate walkers and foldable wheelchairs, and we're happy to adjust itineraries or make special arrangements.
